Code of Conduct

Threat Intelligence Academy is dedicated to providing a safe and positive educational space free of discrimination and harassment.

All Threat Intelligence Academy event attendees agree to follow these rules without exception.  This code of conduct applies to all live, recorded, written, verbal, and visual interactions.

Rules of Conduct

  • All attendees are expected to conduct themselves with professional decorum during an event.

 

  • No non-professional personal attacks against other attendees or speakers.

 

  • No hate, offensive, or derogatory speech or comments. We encourage and welcome individuals from all backgrounds, ethnicities, races, nationalities, religions, abilities, orientations, genders, and sexes.

 

  • No recording, reproducing, or sharing teaching, lecture, or presentation content except where explicitly allowed. Attendees are allowed to take written notes for their own personal and professional use.

 

  • No intimidating, threatening, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct (physical or verbal).

 

  • No intentional disruption.

 

  • No inappropriate or unwelcome advance (verbal, visual, physical, written, or otherwise) that in any way creates a disruptive, dangerous disturbance, anxiety, or apprehension in an individual.

 

  • No being under the influence of substances to the point of unseemly intoxication.

 

  • No inappropriate use of nudity (e.g., sexual/lewd images, nudity on camera).

 

  • No harassing, intimidation, or stalking on or off our platforms.

Determination and Consequences

The determination as to whether a violation of this code occurred is at the sole discretion of the Threat Intelligence Academy President, Sergio Caltagirone.  There shall be no appeals of any judgment.

Anyone engaged in unacceptable behavior is subject to expulsion from Threat Intelligence Academy events and courses without warning or refund and/or banishment from future Threat Intelligence Academy events and courses.
